The cleaner couldn't find parking the first time so had to reschedule (never had issues finding parking during the day in the area). Then when the cleaner came the next week, she did an ok job, nothing to rave about. Gave feedback to SGC and confirmed cleanings every two weeks. Cleaner came unexpected the next week but did a better job. Confirmed biweekly cleanings again but then was told that we had to reschedule for later in the week. That was fine but the cleaner never showed up. When I contacted SGC I was told there was another miscommunication.
