Best when the home is empty. We clean emptied cabinets, drawers, closets, the fridge, a normal-use oven, vents, outlets, sills, and any sweep areas in your quote.
Not included:
If furniture or boxes remain, we clean what we can reach. Carpet or upholstery extraction and cleaning behind heavy appliances are separate services.

Hourly cleaning starts with a 3-hour minimum. It is based on time and priorities, not completion of the full checklist, and does not include the checklist satisfaction guarantee.
Spare time does not turn an add-on into part of the clean. Ask us about add-ons before service.
You choose the priorities. We work through them in order. More time still requires your approval.
