Nope. Most clients aren’t. But if you are home, we recommend a quick walk-through before and after the clean - point out hot spots, make sure it’s all up to your standard. If you skip the post-clean check, refunds or re-cleans may not apply. Our crew will ask for a quick signature as proof the walkthrough’s done!

Nope. If you want a shelf cleaned, it’s gotta be cleared first. Our team won’t move your stuff around - so make sure surfaces are clutter-free before we arrive, and we’ll handle the rest.

Yes, but timing matters.

Why? Our cleaners block that time just for you, and last-minute changes mean lost income and no chance to serve another family. You agree to this when booking, but if something truly unavoidable happens, we’ll work with you in good faith.

We stand behind our work with a Satisfaction Guarantee. If something gets overlooked, just let us know by the end of the next business day. We’ll come back and make it right - no extra cost, no hassle.

We keep homes sparkling, but there are limits. We don’t clean fireplaces, toys, carpets, laundry, or dishes - unless clearly discussed over the phone.

We don’t handle clutter, mold infestations, bug problems, pet messes, or anything involving bodily fluids.

Safety-wise: cleaners won’t move heavy furniture (30 lb+), won’t deal with fire/grease damage, and won’t climb higher than a 2-foot step stool.

Bottom line - if it risks health, safety, or damage, it’s not included.

If it’s been more than 2–3 months since your last pro clean, start with a deep clean. It clears out the built-up grime so our standard clean can actually maintain your home, not play catch-up. Skip the deep clean and go straight to standard? That’s on you - refunds and re-cleans won’t apply.

Move-in/move-out cleans only work if the place is empty. If it’s not, we’ll still do our best - but you lose eligibility for a refund or re-clean.
