We use flat-rate pricing based on the size of your home and the work required - not by the hour. That way, you always know the cost upfront, no surprises.

If a cleaner finishes sooner, the rate stays the same. Their goal is efficiency without cutting corners. And if you ever feel a job was rushed, just let us know - we’ll make it right.

Shiny Go Clean isn’t your average “mop and bucket” gig. We don’t just grab anyone with a mop either.

Our cleaners are battle-tested pros with 5+ years of real home cleaning experience. They’ve run their own businesses, worked at top agencies, and know how to make a place shine. Every one of them is background-checked, United States, and English-speaking.

Bottom line: they’re the kind of people you’d trust with your keys!

Yes, but timing matters.

• 48+ hours notice: ✅ Cancel free, no questions asked.

• 24-48 hours notice: ⚠️ $100 short-notice fee.

• Same-day or no-show: ❌ Full service charge.

Why? Our cleaners block that time just for you, and last-minute changes mean lost income and no chance to serve another family. You agree to this when booking, but if something truly unavoidable happens, we’ll work with you in good faith.

We keep homes sparkling, but there are limits. We don’t clean fireplaces, toys, carpets, laundry, or dishes - unless clearly discussed over the phone.

We don’t handle clutter, mold infestations, bug problems, pet messes, or anything involving bodily fluids.

Safety-wise: cleaners won’t move heavy furniture (30 lb+), won’t deal with fire/grease damage, and won’t climb higher than a 2-foot step stool.

Bottom line - if it risks health, safety, or damage, it’s not included.

If it’s been more than 2–3 months since your last pro clean, start with a deep clean. It clears out the built-up grime so our standard clean can actually maintain your home, not play catch-up. Skip the deep clean and go straight to standard? That’s on you - refunds and re-cleans won’t apply.

Move-in/move-out cleans only work if the place is empty. If it’s not, we’ll still do our best - but you lose eligibility for a refund or re-clean.
