A standard house cleaning covers the essential tasks needed to keep your home clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. This typically includes:

• Wiping down countertops and surfaces

• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms

• Spot cleaning cabinet and drawer exteriors

• Tidying and dusting common areas

If you need extra attention in certain areas or want a more detailed clean, we also offer deep cleaning and custom house cleaning options.

No. You do not need to be home during your house cleaning. Many of our clients prefer to head out while we clean and return to a fresh, spotless home.

We hire trusted, background-checked professionals. As long as we have access instructions ahead of time, we’ll take care of everything and securely lock up when we’re done. Please make sure you do a walkthrough. Once you approve the walkthrough, we mark the job complete.

Why? Our cleaners block that time just for you, and last-minute changes mean lost income and no chance to serve another family. You agree to this when booking, but if something truly unavoidable happens, we’ll work with you in good faith.

We keep homes sparkling, but there are limits. We don’t clean fireplaces, toys, carpets, laundry, or dishes - unless clearly discussed over the phone.

We don’t handle clutter, mold, bug problems, pet messes, or anything involving bodily fluids.

Safety-wise: cleaners won’t move heavy furniture (30 lb+), won’t deal with fire or grease damage, and won’t climb higher than a 2-foot step stool.

Bottom line - we exclude anything that risks health, safety, or damage
