“Went with SGC based on Google reviews. Initially, communication was excellent as far as getting a quote and scheduling the first appointment. However, things went downhill from there. The cleaner couldn't find parking the first time so had to reschedule (never had issues finding parking during the day in the area). Then when the cleaner came the next week, she did an ok job, nothing to rave about. Gave feedback to SGC and confirmed cleanings every two weeks. Cleaner came unexpected the next week but did a better job. Confirmed biweekly cleanings again but then was told that we had to reschedule for later in the week. That was fine but the cleaner never showed up. When I contacted SGC I was told there was another miscommunication. One too many hiccups with this service so I would not recommend unless you are willing to deal with multiple miscommunication issues.”

“Hiring Shiny Go Clean was one of the best decisions during my move to a new house. Maiya was on time and did a magnificent job, leaving me worry-free and ready for the other dozen tasks I had. Customer service from the office was excellent as well and I can't stress enough how great these people are. Highly recommend!”

“Were punctual and communicated well. Cleaned my large house in a good amount of time and did an excellent job. Bathrooms and kitchens were spotless. Took care of my radiators and stove which were especially dirty. Likely to hire again.”
